FOP - grown up

Timmy & Tootie from the movie "Grow Up, Timmy Turner!"

I have watched the movie a few days ago.
before I watched it, I thought it would be good.
but after I watched it, I have to say I don't like it that much.

some parts of the movie are too cartoonic, the smiling rabbit scares me!
the moment when Mr.Crocker says "Fairy Godparents" is horrible! how could that be this worse? it should be a funny part!

Tootie in the movie is so perfect, she is pretty and brave, I couldn't dislike her, but I just can't link her to "Tootie".
Tootie in the cartoon, and Tootie in the movie, they are two different characters to me.

the moment that Poof speaks is horrible too.... can I just pretend that he never said anything?
